Flex Rewards

Do you qualify for Flex Rewards?

What happens after I enroll?
Once you’ve enrolled in Flex Rewards, you will receive notifications of upcoming events, through either email or text, asking you to take action.
Flex events will only occur during the hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.，通常每次持续2-4小时，并且不会在假期进行(见下面的列表)。. Winter events can occur from Nov. 1 to March 31 and summer events can occur from May 1 to Sept. 30.

What is a Flex event and why does it occur?

What is a kilowatt-hour and how does it relate to earning rewards?

How can I see how much energy I’ve saved/how much money I’ve earned?

How will I be notified of an upcoming event?

How does PSE determine how much energy I save during a Flex event?
